Shop in Elkader this Holiday Season!

Nestled into rocky limestone bluffs, along the cool waters of the Turkey River in Clayton County, is the community of Elkader. Come explore this small town while doing some retail therapy.

You know breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so get things started off right. Grab a fresh homemade donut or roll at Pedretti’s Bakery. Just around the corner is Treats on Bridge Street where you can get a cup of freshly ground coffee.

Bridge Street Boutique & Gift has three rooms filled with fashionable women’s clothing and accessories. Find yourself a complete outfit for the holidays. The Bridge Street Boutique also carries a nice assortment of home décor, like beautiful rugs, unique clocks, and fantastic wall art. Walking into the bath and body section, you’ll immediately smell the pleasant fragrance of gorgeous new products.

Just a hop away is the Cooper Frog. Up three steps, you enter the colorful green door. Looking for one-of-a-kind home décor piece? You can find it here! The Copper Frog also has stylish handbags, shoes, colorful scarves, and unique jewelry to liven up any outfit.

The Turkey River Mall once was a three-story hotel in the golden age. Take in the grand staircase that once led folks to the guest rooms. The Turkey River Mall now offers antiques, vintage items, and collectibles. From clothing, shoes, jewelry, and accessories, you can find it all here!
