Jennings Winery in Strawberry Point is an Unexpected Delight

Are you looking for new delicious Iowa-made wine? Travel on Highway 13 to Strawberry Point where a giant strawberry stands watch. At Jennings Winery, a husband and wife duo love to create fruit-flavored wines. Customers can choose from eleven different flavors. Ed and Tina Jennings have an Irish moto "Cead Mi'le Fa’ilte" (a hundred thousand welcomes).

Turn onto East Elm and there is the blue single-story home of Tina and Ed. Stroll on back to the backdoor that leads you to the basement of the winery. The Jennings will welcome you with a smile. Now, sit and relax while savoring the amora of the sweet or dry wine you like best. Listen to Ed tell you about his favorite wine. His inevitable answer? "All of them.” As for Tina, she prefers a cold Busch Light. Ed will admit that his wife is the perfect partner (since Tina doesn’t drink the wine often). All kidding aside, she does like their flavor “Razzy D.” The Jennings Winery offers small bottles of wine, so you can purchase more flavors to introduce to your friends and family.
