Boone & Scenic Valley Railroad Season Has Wheels in Motion

Tourism season as officially kicked off with The Boone & Scenic Valley Railroad open for daily rides. This family fun adventure will have you looking over the 156’ tall Bass Point Creek High Bridge.

This breathtaking view over the Des Moines River Valley will have you talking about this experience for years. Memories are to be made on this 14-mile round trip ride. Included with admission is time spent at the James H. Andrew Railroad Museum which features a library, theater, and displays with memorabilia from all eras of railroading in Iowa.
