On Saturday, October 15th, join us at the Clarke County Fairgrounds at 5pm for a night of fun and fellowship!
There will be some great games that you will remember from previous years, including deer pong and Wheel of Fortune. We will have a silent auction full of fun surprises for you to bid on and a fantastic live auction of items you didn’t know you needed! Or if you don’t need them, Christmas is right around the corner, so why not do some shopping and make it for a good cause!?
The doors open at 5pm where you can play the games and start bidding in the silent auction. Everyone that enters will get a bottomless cup as well, good for either bottomless soda pop or beer. (If you are drinking, you must have a valid ID. Only beer is bottomless. Mixed drinks or liquor must be paid for by attendee). Dinner will start at 6pm, but the games and silent auction will continue so make sure to keep an eye on what’s happening. You never know who might be waiting to snipe you!
After dinner, get your hand limber because it’s time for the live auction with Osceola’s favorite auctioneer, Mayor Thomas Kedley! He will showcase some of our great items and give people a chance to do some spirited bidding, so get ready to walk home with everything you want at this event!
Tickets are on sale now from committee members or at the OCMS office at 115 E. Washington Street. Tickets are $20 for adults or 2 for $30 if purchased at same time. Kids tickets are $5. Cash, check, or card will be accepted at the OCMS office. Cards will also be accepted the night of the event. If you buy your tickets by 5pm on Friday, September 30th, then you get entered into our Early Bird raffle to be drawn the night of the event!
This event has already helped raise over $11,000 for community trails, including the one that was recently installed at Q-Pond Park . So come out for a night of fun to help us build more trails!
