What food favorite would you expect to find in a college town? PIZZA!
But rather than feasting on the standard fare of the standard American style pizza, why not try out something a little different? Try some new combinations. Try a different type of crust.
America’s favorite pizza is pepperoni. But have you ever tried Carne Asada pizza? Grilled marinated steak. Pieces of real bacon. A smattering of jalapeno. Then topped with fresh pico de gallo. Baked over an 800-degree seasoned-wood fire, this may become your new favorite!
If you’re like me, it’s hard to decide, so I usually order the special of the day. The weekend special was prosciutto ham, roasted red peppers and a little extra tang added with bleu cheese.
With a wide selection of ingredients – fresh and locally-grown – you can pick from the suggested combinations, or create your own new favorite.
The pizzas are made fresh right before your eyes. The dough is prepared fresh each morning and kneaded and prepared for your order.
Each pizza pie is 10” and $10. Beverages include soft drinks, craft, domestic and imported beers, and wine.
The place was clean. The personnel friendly. The food great.
This could become my new addiction.
